1. Proper breakdown force
For effective crushing, the hydraulic breaker applies the appropriate breakdown force. 2. Breakdown direction of the rock breaker
The breakdown direction should be in a straight line with the hydraulic breaker chisel. When the hydraulic breaker chisekl breaks the rock, it should be operated in the vertical direction. If the hammer stroke direction is inclined, the hydraulic breaker chisel may slip during the hammer stroke, causing the rock breaker chisel and piston to break or get stuck. So when the crushing operation, should choose a good breakdown point, so that the hammer hammer operation can ensure the stability of hammer.
