1. The hose shall stop working when it vibrates violently

Further check the hose connection for oil seepage and, if so, retighten the connection. During the operation, visual inspection should be made to see if there is a surplus of steel. If the surplus is definitely stuck in the lower body, the lower body should be removed to see if the parts should be repaired or replaced.

2. Stop operation (avoid excessive air strike)

Once the stone is broken, stop hammering immediately. If the air strike continues, the bolts will loosen or break, and even excavators and loaders will be adversely affected. When the rock breaker  breaks through force improperly or the chisel is used as a lever, the phenomenon of air strike will occur.

3. The hydraulic breaker should not be used to remove stones

Do not roll or push the rock with the steel bar or the side of the bracket. Because at this time the oil pressure from the excavator, loader arm, forearm. Bucket, swing or slide operation, so that the large and small arms may be damaged, while the hydraulic breaker bolts may be broken, supports may be damaged, rock breaker chisel  may break or scratch, should not be used to move the stones. It is pointed out in particular that the chisel must not walk if the chisel is inserted in the stone.

4. Steel chisel shall not be used as a lever

Strike hard rock in one place for no more than a minute, then change places.

Long time hitting operation will lead to high oil temperature, which will lead to damage of brazing bushing and wear of brazing progress.

8. rock breaker  shall not be operated in water or mud

Do not use breaker weights in water or mud; otherwise, the piston or similar parts may rust and cause physical damage. If you need to work in water or under water, you should specially order the underwater hydraulic breaker.

9. Do not let the hydraulic breaker  fall directly to hit the rubble

If the rock breaker falls directly to the rubble, the hydraulic hammer or excavator will bear too much force, which is easy to damage the excavator, loader parts.

10. When the stroke of the cylinder rod on the big arm of the excavator is large, please do not hit the operation

11. Do not use a rock breaker  to suspend the object
